Overview

Most consultancy is a document factory. Ours is a closed loop: survey and laboratory data feed the design; the design feeds the BOQ; inspection and testing follow the same assumptions. Archies Engineers prepares DPRs, structural and infrastructure designs, and turnkey advisory so clients are not translating between three firms that have never shared a drawing register.

Scope of work

The assignment can begin with a feasibility question or a live construction problem. The team reviews the brief, site constraints, land and utility information, existing surveys, applicable authority requirements and the intended procurement route. From there, the scope may cover reconnaissance, options and concept development, preliminary and detailed civil or structural design, quantities, estimates, tender documentation, bid clarifications, PMC support, construction-stage technical responses and handover records. The exact package is agreed against the employer's requirements and the authority's submission format before design work starts.

Can the consultancy team use ACE survey and laboratory data?

Yes. The integrated model is designed so that survey control, material results and design assumptions can be reviewed together instead of being translated between disconnected vendors.

Does turnkey consultancy mean ACE becomes the contractor?

No. Turnkey advisory is scoped to the agreed engineering, coordination and delivery-support role. Principal-contractor duties, statutory approvals and construction liabilities remain with the parties named in the contract.
